Easy to find off the A14, check in easy and quick. Room was large and clean, bed comfortable. There was air con but I prefer to have a window open, a desk fan was also provided ( for people reading this review in the future the UK is currently experiencing a heat wave!) Evening meal choices not extensive but the burger was good, service on the slow side but I wasn’t in a rush. Good choices at breakfast, although the coffee wasn’t the nicest. Overall great business hotel, shame bottled water wasn’t provided in the rooms, it would have been a nice touch in the heat.
Everything here you need in a hotel. Comfortable & quiet room, good parking, very helpful staff. Limited food options on the menu. It's about a 2 mile walk into Cambridge, although there's a bus-stop a few minutes walk away. We walked - not a bad distance, a straight road in and lined with small shops and cafés. We'd be happy to stay here again.

First the bad stuff. I was on the first floor and my colleague was on the ground floor. Neither of us had any sleep, the noises from the bar kept my colleague awake and the noises from the kitchen (until after 1am) kept me awake. Staff were friendly and everything was clean. The Italian restaurant in the hotel served delicious food and I recommend it. If only the place was not so noisy! Otherwise it was a pleasant hotel.
What can I say!!! What a fantastic hotel. The staff are amazing and can't do enough for you. My hotel room was so comfortable. The breakfast and service amazing. My husband is at addenbrooks hospital and once he's recovered will defiantly be going back for a weekend. Would highly recommend staying here.

Very nice ambience with wood styling that manages to be spacy, comfortable and intimate all at the same time. The staff were grand: both professional and friendly, with a pleasant informality that puts guests right at their ease. They were pleased to meet my dog and brought a bowl of water for her without my even asking, which is an instant extra star in my book. My only regret was that my food (the "pie of the day") was distinctly below the standard of everything else -- most of the meal seemed tasteless, mass-produced and/or slightly odd. That seemed to be an exception: my three companions all seemed to have perfectly fine meals. So I'll give the place another chance next time I'm passing by.
Only a quick visit this time, tasty food and excellent service. Thank you.

Improved since its change from the Baker's Arms. Simple with some interesting seasonal guest ales. Good food menu. Friendly service. Not out of this world but nothing wrong with it either.
Lots of beers and ales to choose from. Newly refurbished. I really like it.

Went for a drink with girls. An improvement on the decor and the food is well worth a try. All home cooked and absolutely delicious. Good value too.
Great pub, fantastic food. Been here a couple of times. Watched the football here. Great atmosphere. I will certainly come back.

First visit, friend took us for lunch, four of us, had the three course special menu, waited a while for our food but happy to if it's worth it. Starters nice, main course very nice, apple pie and custard delicious. All the food was hot and looked nice, plates were heated, thumbs up. The price including drinks was very reasonable, around £13 / 14 per head. Good atmosphere, nice layout, comfortable feeling, definitely will return when in the area and happily recommend. Server Vikki (or maybe Nikki) !! friendly, funny, efficient, good job. Parking. 👍👍👍👍
Very spacious local pub, good for the usual pub food and drinks. Family friendly with playground in the garden area. On a busy weekend it is recommended to book a table if you want to sit indoors. A nice pub in general, nothing special.

Just outside Cambridge centre, the street was a bit noisy. Had to close the windows at night. Simple bathroom. Breakfast was good and the family very friendly.
Wifi was fast enough to watch Netflix and the breakfast was more than continental -- bacon and eggs were made to order. Also served was a substantial selection of cereals, fruits, and breads. However, the proprietor thought my girlfriend and I were mother and daughter despite being told otherwise several times, haha. No harm done though. We thought it was pretty funny. We would stay here again!

Fantastic - Really enjoyed tea and cake.
Outstanding hostess, outstanding location, calm and pretty. We were feeling like friends as we got advised of nice restaurants, addresses, promenade. We were even asked what our best time would be for breakfast! Our 10:30 choice was welcomed and I shall not mention how nice the breakfast was then... I would keep the surprise

Clean and comfortable in a nice quiet residential area and the host was very friendly and accommodating! Sonia & Valeria
Lovely room and a very friendly and helpful host in a very nice area.
If you would like something truly different you might like to have a look at Airbnb. These are mostly B and Bs provided by people on a very informal basis. The may have a spare room, a yurt, a cottage or a barge with space they can receive guests for a night or a month! The website is highly professional. You can really see what you are going to get. Very well worth a look. Airbnb also show 'conventional' B&Bs as well. Enjoy!

Weird little place. Quiet and scenic but in poor state if repair and cleanliness. Very cheap. Recommend for units with their own toilet facilities only.
Lovely site. I camped in the orchard area, which really pretty amongst the trees. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner. My "trusty" old VW camper broke down on arriving at the site the owner went and got his jump start leads and pickup to get me going and into position and again to get me off on my travels the next morning! Lovely chap.

clean and tidy site. toilets and showers also very clean. 2 pubs within walking distance for a meal or a drink. Also site situated beside woodland area for walks. Park and ride 5 min from site to Oxford £3 return ticket on bus. Parking free.. Cherry Hinton town 5 min in car for any shopping. Well organised site with easy access to places.
Great camp site for visiting Cambridge. Very quiet even though just off a main road. Great Caravan and Motorhome facilities as usual - very clean. Wardens helpful & site well maintained. Lovely camping area for tents.
